You'll join an early team and have an outsized impact on the product and the company's culture. Please note that all of our roles will require you to be in-person at our NYC HQ (located in Union Square).

Responsibilities

• Grow our social presence from the ground up.
• Work on both the social strategy and execution across our channels.
• Drive brand awareness and user education.
• Establish content pillars across social channels.
• Own the company content calendar.
• Orchestrate content production and manage postings and reactions.
• Create content yourself.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience managing and growing a brand's social media presence, focusing on video-heavy channels like YouTube, Instagram (Reels), and TikTok.
• Experience in planning and execution work, including developing strategies and creating content calendars.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong aesthetic eye, writing skills, and solid editorial judgment.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and social trends.
• Strong camera presence and experience creating content.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of how organic search ties into content creation on YouTube.
• Familiarity with tech Twitter and comfort in joining conversations.
• Deep understanding of the creator and video editing space.
