About the position

The Tigrett Agency is a branding and advertising agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona, dedicated to solving unique business problems for local and national companies through data-driven creativity and strategic planning. We are seeking a part-time Social Media Manager who will oversee the agency's social media services for our clients. This role is pivotal in developing social media strategies alongside content strategies, collaborating with core agency and client teams, and leading the optimization of current social media products and services while also developing new offerings that integrate seamlessly across all client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality and restaurant industries, as well as experience with influencer marketing and content creation. In this role, you will drive strategic thinking on social media across the organization. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to lead strategic planning and build digital experience strategies that reflect changes in user behaviors, technology, and the competitive landscape. You will provide oversight and serve as an advocate for the brand voice on social media channels through content optimization and moderation activities. Additionally, you will lead and support both organic and paid social media strategies, manage social media status updates, and support strategic conversations and investigations. Your responsibilities will also include auditing existing social media programs for clients, monitoring ongoing social media conversations, and delivering reports on social media statistics and trending topics. You will plan and execute a variety of campaigns across social media channels, including advocacy, recruitment, audience growth, event organizing, brand visibility, and product promotion. Regular monitoring of social media trends will be essential, as will bolstering the company-wide social media knowledge base by representing the agency at industry conferences and leading internal staff training sessions. You will also be responsible for stewarding the career growth of direct reports and conducting performance reviews. The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of experience in integrated social marketing program development, with 3 to 5 years specifically in leading social media strategies. A deep professional background in campaign organizing, marketing, and online communications is essential, along with solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a passion for creativity and a desire to make a significant impact through your work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic thinking on social media across the organization.

  • Plan and execute a variety of campaigns across social media channels.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the social media landscape for effective new tools, trends, and strategies.
  • Represent the agency at industry conferences and lead internal staff training sessions.
  • Steward career growth for direct reports.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience of integrated social marketing program development.
  • 3 - 5 years experience leading social media strategies.
  • Deep professional background in campaign organizing, marketing, and/or online communications.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Collaborative mindset for working with a passionate creative team.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering in-person presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
