About the position

As a Social Media Manager at Justworks, you will empower small businesses and entrepreneurs by bringing their stories to life and showcasing the brand's unique voice across various digital platforms. Your role involves crafting and executing a forward-thinking social media strategy, focusing on content creation, community engagement, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams. You will be responsible for connecting with audiences, sparking engagement, and growing the Justworks brand through innovative and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with Justworks' communications and marketing goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, managing the content calendar and publishing schedule.
  • Foster community engagement by building relationships with key audiences and managing Justworks' brand following.
  • Monitor social platforms for potential issues and engage in social listening to identify opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaigns across channels.
  • Stay informed of emerging social media trends and recommend new approaches to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
  • Experience in building social media strategy, content calendars, and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, including community management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools, such as Sprout Social.
  • Creative thinker with trend-driven content ideas and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B or tech environments is preferred but not required.
  • Eager to stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
