About the position

Zeta Global is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to enhance brand awareness across various social media platforms. This role involves managing channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, collaborating with stakeholders to showcase marketing campaigns, products, and company culture. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for content creation, strategy implementation, and performance analysis to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management, growth, and development of all corporate social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement the strategy for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, product launches and releases, employee outreach, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ideate and create compelling and innovative content in the form of videos, reels, clever copywriting, and images to enhance engagement.
  • Execute the editorial planning process and establish a content calendar.
  • Manage any social media adjacent external agencies and freelancers.
  • Advocate for and uphold the social strategy in collaboration with the creative team and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor community engagement, competitive activity, and feedback with strategies for response as needed.
  • Generate and curate content for fostering internal employee engagement via our employee advocacy platform.
  • Develop global social and influencer strategy and engagement plan.
  • Measure and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing professional specializing in social media, preferably with some B2B or technology experience.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence by building collaborative relationships with marketing and cross-functional leaders across the company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
  • Keeps a pulse on the latest social media trends and innovations to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.
  • Proficient in social media publishing, listening, and analytics tools.
  • Skilled in converting social media metrics into actionable insights, creating data-backed reports to guide recommendation and strategy.
