About the position

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and requires a creative individual who can effectively communicate our brand message through various social media channels. You will also be responsible for taking photos of the bikini pieces on mannequin and uploading those to the site as pieces are made by our seamstress, so you must be tech-savvy and detail-oriented to ensure the product photos look good!

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence and meet marketing objectives
• Manage all social media channels and oversee day-to-day activities including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends
• Coordinate social media advertising campaigns and track their effectiveness
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Expertise in utilizing Google tools for analytics and insights
• Strong background in public relations and understanding of proofreading techniques
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web technologies
• Ability to perform social listening and adapt strategies based on insights
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in brand management and the ability to stigmatize effectively
• Strong research skills to identify target audiences and market trends
