About the position

The Social Media Manager at Joe Mineo Creative is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's social media presence across various platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and client engagement. The ideal candidate should possess creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of social media marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage engagement across all social media accounts including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries.
  • Work closely with the CEO, Director of Marketing, and Business Development team to develop and implement a daily/weekly social media content calendar.
  • Brainstorm and create captivating content for various social media platforms and develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth and present new ways to increase social media following across all channels.
  • Report and respond to online reviews and feedback and garner new reviews from clients.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Assist with video and photography editing.
  • Capture content of the Joe Mineo Creative team in-studio and on-location.

Requirements

  • 3 years of social media marketing experience required.
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience and track record of social media metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing website software is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in working with a luxury brand is a plus, but not required.
