About the position

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy to enhance the online presence of hospitality venues. This role requires a strong understanding of social media engagement, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to convey the unique aesthetic of each location effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each restaurant and bar, aligning with overall brand objectives.
  • Create engaging content that reflects the unique atmosphere and offerings of each location.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to ensure goals are being met and strategies are effective.
  • Produce high-quality visual content including photography and short videos.
  • Capture daily activities, special events, menu items, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with external photographers and facilitate in-house photoshoots to ensure alignment with the brand's aesthetic.
  • Attend weekly operations meetings to stay informed about upcoming menu changes, events, and promotions.
  • Develop and schedule content that highlights updates, ensuring timely and effective communication with the audience.
  • Ensure all social media content reflects the individual character of each venue while maintaining a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the PR team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in social media management is required.
