About the position

The Social Media Manager at Home Brands is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media accounts across various brands and regions. This role involves executing engagement strategies, growing followers, and enhancing brand visibility through both trending and original content. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the CMO and marketing team to align social media efforts with broader brand strategies, ensuring a cohesive and effective online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts across various platforms for multiple brands.
  • Actively monitor and engage with followers, ensuring high levels of interaction and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and increase engagement across social media platforms.
  • Assist in the development of social media content calendars, including mapping out campaigns and key posts.
  • Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools for timely publishing.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content utilizing trending formats and original content that aligns with each brand's voice.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, managing budgets and audience targeting.
  • Work closely with the CMO and marketing team to ensure social media aligns with broader brand campaigns.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of social media efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for multi-brand organizations or franchises.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and experience running paid ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Expertise in content creation with a keen eye for visual design and copywriting.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for social media platforms.
  • Experience with video content creation, including editing short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms like YouTube, Pinterest, and X.
