The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in driving the marketing efforts of Meal Prep Sunday, the largest Meal Prep Company in Southern California. This position involves creating and managing content, engaging with the community, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's mission of promoting healthier lifestyles through nutritious meal options.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage all social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of each social media campaign, adjusting strategies based on findings.
  • Collaborate with influencers, industry professionals, and other partners for co-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage workflows, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the social media team.
  • Collaborate with the conversion optimization team to track and analyze user engagement and behavior, offering data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop captivating blog posts that educate and inspire the audience, sharing culinary insights and wellness tips.
  • Play a key role in formulating and executing marketing strategies that elevate the brand and showcase menu offerings.
  • Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and marketing innovations, integrating strategies to expand the digital footprint.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analyses to identify strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing
  • 1+ year of administrative proficiency
  • User-Generated Content (UGC) creation and management
  • 1+ year of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
  • Expertise in paid advertising is a differential
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
