About the position

Warrior Trading is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team in a hybrid role that requires in-office work at least twice a week. This full-time position offers flexible hours, allowing for adjustments around trading schedules. The Social Media Manager will represent the brand across various platforms, ensuring accurate representation of products and values while engaging with the audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the creation and scheduling of social media content
• Cross-post on various social media platforms to maximize exposure
• Post content in real-time for time-sensitive news or content
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design relevant social media campaigns
• Set specific objectives for campaigns
• Analyze data and report ROI and KPIs to stakeholders
• Research and utilize social media trends to increase engagement
• Maintain and grow existing social networks by engaging with customers and influencers
• Seek opportunities to create new social networks
• Adhere to compliance guidelines during all aspects of work

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in social media marketing, branding, content management, or copywriting
• Understanding of day trading and the stock market
• Ability to pivot quickly based on results
• Familiarity with compliance guidelines and best practices of social media platforms
• Creative thinking for unique content ideas
• Team player with ownership of projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Efficient writing skills for clear communication
• Ability to adopt the voice and perspective of different brands
• Analytical skills with knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Reliable communication in a remote work setting

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling tools
• Experience with design programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• History of creating YouTube shorts and repurposing content for TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts
• Sales experience
