Life as a Social Media Manager at CES: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can take the lead and be hands-on in developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies across our multi-location organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing social media for large companies of 500+ locations, experience with industry-specific tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Uberall or similar and an in-depth understanding of the B2B and B2C sectors. Your Objectives: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the online presence and reputation of City Electric Supply. Own the development and execution of social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Manage and oversee social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with various teams and locations to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media accounts. Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video, to drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads. Set up and optimize pages within each social media platform for new locations and franchisees requesting assistance. Utilize social media management tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr or Uberall to schedule posts, analyze performance, and track key metrics. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our social media strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in social media management, with a proven track record managing multi-location campaigns.
  • Skilled in social media management tools, especially Sprout and Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sectors, preferably with experience in a similar industry.
  • Ability to interpret data, adjust strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Enthusiastic about social media and staying current with trends and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
