About the position

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience through effective social listening.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and maintain brand voice.
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for social media posts.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes is preferred.
  • Experience in public relations or photography is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics software is advantageous.
  • A passion for staying ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing.
