We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating content, and growing our online presence. Additionally, you will be in charge of monthly email marketing campaigns and writing blog posts to support our content strategy. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, while also monitoring and engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. In this position, you will collaborate with the team to create engaging posts, including visuals, videos, and captions. Writing and publishing monthly blog posts to highlight relevant topics and showcase the company's expertise will also be part of your responsibilities. You will create, manage, and send monthly email blasts using email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Flodesk. Tracking and analyzing performance metrics for social media, email campaigns, and blog posts will be essential to adjust strategies for improved reach and engagement. Staying up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices is crucial for success in this role. Collaboration with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, will ensure that social media content, blog posts, and email campaigns align with overall company goals. If needed, you will assist with running paid social media campaigns and manage the social media content calendar to ensure all deadlines are met.
