About the position

Hinckley Yachts is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to enhance and manage its online presence across all corporate and service channels. This role is crucial for shaping the brand's narrative, engaging with the audience, and ensuring that the digital presence reflects the prestige and heritage of the Hinckley brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury brands on social media, with a detail-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of the target market.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all corporate and service social media accounts, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with content creators and team members to produce compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Curate, create, and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize engagement and inform strategy.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to strengthen brand relationships.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on luxury branding.
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure social media efforts align with broader campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all content reflects the luxury positioning and legacy of the Hinckley brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and how to translate that into social media content.
  • Experience coordinating with content creators or creative teams.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
