You will manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently represented across all channels. As the Social Media Manager, you will create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. You will utilize social listening to stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment, which will inform your content strategy. Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics will be crucial in optimizing our content and engagement strategies, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance our online presence. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels. You will also manage relationships with influencers and other external partners to expand our reach and credibility. Utilizing Hootsuite, you will schedule and post content, track performance across multiple platforms, and provide regular reporting on social media performance, making recommendations for improvement based on your findings.
