About the position

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at ENZO Restaurant + Pizzeria. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital presence and contribute to the success of our organization. You will manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently represented across all channels. As the Social Media Manager, you will create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. You will utilize social listening to stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment, which will inform your content strategy. Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics will be crucial in optimizing our content and engagement strategies, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance our online presence. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels. You will also manage relationships with influencers and other external partners to expand our reach and credibility. Utilizing Hootsuite, you will schedule and post content, track performance across multiple platforms, and provide regular reporting on social media performance, making recommendations for improvement based on your findings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and engagement
  • Strong understanding of graphic design and photography
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent public relations skills and the ability to manage relationships with influencers and other external partners
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and captions
  • Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
