About the position

The Social Media Manager at GoPinPro is responsible for creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms. This role focuses on building brand presence, interacting with followers, and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging content across all social media platforms daily (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to keep the audience engaged and satisfied.
• Develop and implement a social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and social media campaigns.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to drive engagement and growth.
• Maintain a unified brand voice across all social media platforms.
• Help grow the social media following organically and foster strong relationships with the audience.

Requirements

• Growing experience in social media marketing.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Strong written communication skills with a creative flair.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms at once.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing posts.
• Experience in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook/Instagram ads) is a plus but not required.
