We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Website Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media analytics, and the ability to create compelling content across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement; utilize social listening tools to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media effectiveness; adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and public relations.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing to create visually appealing content.
  • Update current website.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
  • Experience in public relations or advertising is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing and social media landscapes.
