About the position

As the Social Media Manager for Gragg Advertising, you will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies for various clients. This role involves creating engaging content, optimizing outreach, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple social platforms. You will work closely with clients and the Social Media team to drive both organic and paid engagement, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop social media content and strategize social campaigns for clients.
  • Optimize outreach and utilize social media marketing tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage multiple client accounts across various social platforms.
  • Create interesting and relevant content while leveraging best practices for engagement.
  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
  • Provide weekly updates and monthly client reports using analytics to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience and success in social media marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media for multiple clients.
  • Full understanding of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram ad managers, including experience with paid social ads.
  • Experience managing a team of social media experts and providing input and direction to team members.
  • Ability to conduct research, create social posts, and coordinate content and graphics with the team.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
