About the position

The Social Strategist will play a crucial role in developing and managing cross-platform social media strategies. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective campaigns, managing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop cross-platform social media strategies, advising on content, platforms, timing, ad formats, and targeting.
• Act as day-to-day contact for and manager of assigned projects, campaigns, and/or pitches, liaising with internal groups and outside agencies.
• Lead all project management efforts, from content planning and copywriting to compliance submission and execution.
• Drive execution of campaigns and initiatives to provide maximum value to clients, prospects, and interested parties, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Coordinate creation of daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports for campaigns and initiatives in alignment with scope requirements.
• Review reporting and identify opportunities for optimizing, improving, and/or building on campaigns.

Requirements

• Avid social media user with a keen interest in social media marketing and trends, familiar with building and managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite.
• Social media marketing and/or agency experience is required.
• Strong copywriting skills, capable of breaking down complex financial services content into engaging, jargon-free social media posts while remaining true to the brand.
• 2+ years' experience working in a financial services marketing group; familiarity with and interest in investment management topics is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and track a wide variety of activities with close attention to detail.
• Exhibit superior written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to deal with complex problems and strategic opportunities on the fly.
