About the position

The Social Media Manager at fuze32 will be responsible for strategically growing the social media audience and engagement for clients. This role involves leading a team, developing social media strategies, and creating engaging content while fostering a fun and creative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and lead a team of 2 other social media specialists and interns as needed.
• Work with the director of sales to set department revenue growth objectives.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, and publish daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community, when applicable.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Collaborate with client to go over analytics and finalize strategy for social platforms.
• Work with fuze32 properties to help grow our brands and train our associates.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Extensive experience with paid social media buying.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Video production experience is preferred.
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
