About the position

The Social Media Manager at Neato will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads. This role involves content creation, community management, and performance reporting across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and social media dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content including images, videos, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content focused on growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate relevant content.
  • Grow, monitor, and engage with followers across social media platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Use insights to make strategic decisions and improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Capture and nurture leads through social media channels.
  • Ensure company brand and messaging is consistent across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain brand relevance.
  • Work with the Design Team to create bi-weekly newsletters and deploy them to subscribers.
  • Measure success and report on newsletter performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Help founders and senior leadership manage their personal brand on social platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with B2B knowledge.
  • Extremely organized person.
  • Expert in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and analytics.
  • Natural storyteller who understands brand DNA, voice, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative team player with an open mind to finding new ways to drive results.
  • Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot).
