About the position

The Social Media Manager at POT will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence through strategic social media management. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate will leverage their graphic design skills and digital marketing knowledge to drive community engagement and promote the studio's initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Design and create newsletters using Mailchimp, ensuring engaging content and effective calls to action.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to improve strategy.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure brand consistency and optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships.
  • Strategize and execute seasonal campaigns.
  • Write compelling copy for digital channels, including email marketing and social media.
  • Creating, managing and reporting digital advertisements with Facebook Business Manager & Google.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Local to Los Angeles and able to commute between locations.
