The manager will engage with the online community, manage content creation, and oversee paid advertising campaigns while staying current with social media trends, particularly on Meta platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across various platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
  • Plan, execute, and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize paid advertising performance to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and technology to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Hootsuite.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
