The Manager, Social Media will oversee and grow our social media presence for our brands, which include Ajinomoto, Jose Ole, Tai Pei, and Ling Ling. We are looking for someone with the experience and drive to partner with our agencies and cross-functional teams to deepen the relationship with existing customers and attract new ones. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our brands across various social platforms and responsible for driving social media strategies and analyzing the performance of our social campaigns to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing goals. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple retail brands that align with the brand objectives and company goals to increase market share. You will collaborate with the SBU category teams to ensure a consistent message and aesthetic across all social media channels. Managing all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, community management, and customer engagement, will be key responsibilities. You will monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate insights to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will identify and partner with influencers, industry experts, and brand ambassadors to widen our reach and enhance our brand credibility. Managing and executing a content calendar for each brand to ensure consistency across platforms is essential. Engaging with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner is also a critical part of this role. You will monitor online widgets for social UGC and review integrations, devising strategies to optimize the customer experience. As the subject matter expert on social media, you will educate colleagues on channel strategies and use social media listening tools to stay abreast of the latest trends, relaying valuable information back to the organization. You will work closely with our corporate communications team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promote these engagements at in-person events. Finally, developing and implementing a social media employee advocacy program to turn our team into brand ambassadors will be part of your responsibilities.
