In this position, you will be on-site regularly, documenting the journey of each home from concept to completion. You will create compelling narratives that highlight our dedication to quality and attention to detail. Additionally, you will formulate and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and interest in our homes. Your ability to analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns will be crucial in making data-driven decisions to optimize future content. Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos on-site to showcase the progress and craftsmanship of our custom homes.
  • Develop and pitch new content ideas that align with our brand's vision and engage our target audience.
  • Formulate and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more to drive brand awareness and interest in our homes.
  • Document the journey of each home from concept to completion, creating compelling narratives that highlight our attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Create additional digital marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns to complement social media efforts.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate, construction, or design industries.
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including analytics.
  • Ability to work on-site regularly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for design and architecture.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
