Additionally, you will plan and execute social media campaigns, monitor their performance, and analyze metrics to refine strategies for better engagement and reach. Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content and photos at our dental locations, including patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, educational videos, and promotional material.
  • Create and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract potential patients, and engage with our current audience.
  • Oversee the daily management of our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including video promotions, contests, and events, while monitoring and optimizing their performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and video performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Work closely with our team to align social media content with overall marketing objectives and patient needs.
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends, video production techniques, and industry developments to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management with a strong emphasis on video content creation and editing.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling and high-quality video content that resonates with viewers and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of audience engagement.
  • Ability to analyze social media and video performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
