We are looking for a candidate who can bring their authentic self to work every day and connect, engage, and delight our guests. This position is responsible for developing an innovative and effective ongoing social media plan across all channels, continually updating the strategy based on emerging trends and opportunities. The role involves monitoring, tracking, interpreting, and leveraging all social media trends while managing day-to-day social media activities. The position also involves partnering with the Loews home office, Universal Orlando, and Hard Rock International to leverage social media opportunities, working closely with hotel operations teams and the resort marketing team to promote new offers, special events, food and beverage offerings, guest experiences, and holiday activities. Analyzing and interpreting results, actively listening in social media channels, and regularly reporting on findings are also key responsibilities. The candidate will attend required meetings to stay informed about in-house activities, promotions, and events, and maintain communications with other departments throughout the hotel.
