This role requires a creative individual who can curate and manage daily content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will produce engaging social and vertical video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Stories/Reels, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently maintained across all channels. In addition to content creation, you will actively engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will design and execute social media campaigns for special events, brand partnerships, and community initiatives, providing real-time coverage during games and events to keep our audience informed and engaged. Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social will be crucial in refining strategies and optimizing content for better engagement. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing, events, and team beats to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Staying informed about the latest social media trends and best practices will ensure that PHNX Sports remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
