As a Social Media Manager at Pozek Group/The Orlando Real, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engaging with the community. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, which boast over 200,000 followers across various channels. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content that resonates with our audience, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring that our messaging aligns with our brand values. You will be expected to engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and interactive content such as polls, while also collaborating with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas. Responsibilities

  • Posting on all social media platforms
  • Engagement with followers via comments, direct messages, polls, and top contributors on group pages
  • Responsible for idea creation and collaboration with killer execution
  • Detail-oriented, proofing the correct content is distributed without errors
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Must have experience in growing a social media presence
  • Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter & LinkedIn
  • Familiar with CMS platforms for scheduling and managing posts
  • Must be self-driven and looking to grow in their skillset, evolving and owning their role
  • 2 years of social media management experience required
