About the position

The Social Media Manager role supports the Head of Social Media in various marketing functions, including planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns. This position involves copywriting and managing campaigns across multiple platforms, while collaborating with brand, creative, paid, and analytics teams to optimize strategies for maximum ROI. The role is designed to foster professional growth through hands-on experience in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Creating content for social media platforms including articles, videos, and images that resonate with the target audience.
  • Planning and scheduling posts, using Sprinklr for advance posting with correct UTMs and campaign tags, and managing the editorial calendar.
  • Engaging with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and other forms of engagement.
  • Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify trends.
  • Producing reports that include insights and recommendations for future posting.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders.
  • Researching industry trends and competitors' social media performance.
  • Supporting brand campaigns with content creators and influencers, ensuring reposting and scheduling of content.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media marketing and management.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media content.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on campaign performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration.
