About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and engagement. This role is crucial for developing and implementing social media campaigns that build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze social media trends.
• Create social media content calendars and schedules.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
• Curate user-generated content and external sources.
• Develop social media-specific content formats (e.g., Instagram Stories, Facebook Live).
• Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Optimize social media profiles and ensure consistency.
• Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks).
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven findings.
• Build and maintain online communities.
• Foster relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Manage social media contests and giveaways.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service).
• Integrate social media with other marketing channels.
• Collaborate on content creation and distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of social media management experience.
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
