The candidate must stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge. The role also involves managing and overseeing social media content, responding to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner, and fostering a positive online community. Strong research skills are necessary to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged for campaign success. The Social Media Manager will also utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing content and may be required to produce original visual content through photography. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite will be beneficial for promoting products and services effectively.
