About the position

The Social Media Manager at 1 Oak Distribution will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role involves content management, data analysis, and community engagement to ensure the company's online presence aligns with its marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and implement social media strategies across all brands.
• Manage content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(X), TikTok, etc.
• Identify insights and social media trends through data analytics.
• Use data to inform campaigns and social media posts across all accounts.
• Monitor, engage, and grow online communities through best-practice community management.
• Ensure brand consistency and customer engagement across social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and channels.
• Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy.
• Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(X), TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Creative mindset with a willingness to think outside the box.
• Strong data analysis skills to analyze key metrics of campaign success using Google Analytics or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
• Team player.
