Responsibilities

• Curate, develop, and manage high-quality innovative content including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Schedule and publish social media content through Sprinklr and manage blog content publishing on WordPress.
• Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering a positive online presence.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive content across all channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital-first copywriting, and community engagement.
• Strong social media writing skills with the ability to write for brand accounts and high-profile executives.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is ideal.
• Ability to manage day-to-day publishing of social media content and blog posts.
