  • Engage with community events and outreach efforts to amplify our involvement and branding.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and foster relationships with influencers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns and promotions.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports on social media campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize content based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • 1 year of experience in video editing.
  • 1 year of experience in content creation.
  • Portfolio showcasing content creation skills (copywriting, photography, video editing) with attention to detail.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
