Cloudflare is seeking a Social Media/Community Manager to enhance and evolve our social media presence across the Asia Pacific region. This role is pivotal as you will serve as the digital face of Cloudflare, collaborating with various teams to connect with our community of users and prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain Cloudflare's social media properties, ensuring that our messaging resonates with both local and global audiences. You will be tasked with identifying and utilizing the right social channels to penetrate non-English speaking markets, thereby expanding our reach and engagement. In this role, you will spearhead Cloudflare's presence on key social media platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, while also exploring additional Asia Pacific-specific channels. You will provide insights in technical industry forums and manage our presence on popular review and comparison sites. Your ability to synthesize feedback from community channels will be crucial for internal reporting to stakeholders, and you will continually seek new social channels to enhance engagement. Additionally, you will influence and guide employee engagement with the community, fostering a strong connection between Cloudflare and its users.
