As Social Media Manager at Chobani, you will work across our food portfolio to develop and implement our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales in line with our growth strategy. The ideal candidate has experience working in social media with great brands, understanding the consumer and how to reach them. They have their finger on the pulse of culture and are not afraid to try new things. You will handle social media channels and campaigns and work cross functionally with the marketing, media, creative and culture team to increase our audience and put Chobani at the forefront of the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven social media strategy to achieve brand objectives. You will create and curate engaging and shareable content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Building and maintaining Chobani's social media presence will be a key focus, which includes posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand sentiment. You will also monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and take appropriate actions to continuously improve them. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work with internal and external copywriters, designers, and agency partners to ensure that the content is informative and appealing. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, creative, sales, shopper, and communications, to develop and execute social media campaigns. Maintaining a social media content calendar and facilitating social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying up to date on the latest social media trends and standard processes is crucial to ensure Chobani remains at the forefront of the industry.
