Located in vibrant Arlington, Virginia and reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and objectives in coordination with our creative agency. You will produce high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and our [solidcore] blog, while planning and executing shoots as needed. Community management is a key aspect of this role, where you will respond promptly to DMs and comments across platforms, creating opportunities for connection with our clients and prospective clients. In addition, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive integration into marketing initiatives. You will provide leadership to all contributors to our social presence and manage timelines and communication effectively. Analyzing social media performance will also be part of your responsibilities, where you will manage social media tools and provide internal reporting on channel success, areas of opportunity, tests, benchmarking, goals, and social listening insights.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content calendar that aligns with brand voice and objectives in coordination with creative agency.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and the [solidcore] blog.
  • Plan and execute shoots including scheduling with studio managers and additional production resources.
  • Respond promptly to DMs and comments across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, surfacing to teams internally for escalation as needed.
  • Speak through brand voice to create opportunities for connection with clients or prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive integration into marketing initiatives.
  • Provide leadership of all contributors to social presence and project manage timelines and communication.
  • Manage social media management tooling and needs.
  • Provide internal reporting on channel success, areas of opportunity, tests, benchmarking, goals, and social listening insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus on communication or marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience on an in-house brand team, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts.
  • Experience with Hootsuite and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience with Asana is a plus.
  • Comfortable translating designs into Canva templates.
  • Strong understanding of in-house brand team operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
