About the position

The Social Media Manager at Insight Global will work with a leading pharmaceutical company to execute strategic social media plans that align with broader brand objectives. This role focuses on community management, influencer outreach, content creation, and performance analysis across various social media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic social media plans
• Manage and engage with the community across all brand channels
• Conduct creator and influencer outreach and management
• Develop and maintain content creation and posting schedules
• Collaborate with the brand to develop briefs
• Handle all LMR submissions and manage related relationships
• Analyze social media performance, focusing on organic metrics with some paid insights as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Extensive experience in Meta & TikTok content creation and community management
• Proven track record in driving social engagement and building engaged audiences
• Proficiency in content creation and managing content creators

Nice-to-haves

• Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field
• Experience in enhancing established brands in traditional markets via social media
• Ability to navigate larger organizational structures
