About the position

The Social Media Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic social media initiatives for the Texas brokerage division. This role focuses on managing both paid and organic campaigns, creating targeted advertising strategies, and developing engaging content that drives results. The position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in social media success, expertise across platforms, and the ability to stay ahead of trends to enhance brand growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to align social media initiatives with company goals for both the brokerage and franchise sales.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement targeted ads using advanced audience segmentation techniques.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on monthly social media content calendars for agents, providing engaging and actionable posts they can use across their platforms.
  • Write, design, and post organic social media content to maintain brand consistency.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze engagement, and measure ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends, tools, and best practices across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Experiment with new features and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Provide training and guidance to agents on best practices for using the monthly content calendar and optimizing their social media presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management with measurable results.
  • Expertise in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later, Loomly, Hubspot a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
