Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
  • Monitor and respond to emails professionally and timely.
  • Create, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing expense reports and managing schedules.
  • Conduct research on various topics and present findings clearly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Utilize office software and tools effectively.
  • Identify and resolve administrative challenges as they arise.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts, monitoring engagement and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Interact with followers and cultivate a positive online community.
  • Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Work with delivery services to enhance brand recognition and sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and UI principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with graphic design and/or video editing tools.
