About the position
ACC is looking for a Social Media Manager who can transform our social channels into a destination. The ideal candidate will understand that great social media is a blend of art, science, and intuition. Responsibilities include owning the social content process from developing monthly content calendars to creating engaging content for various platforms. The role requires crafting posts that resonate with our audience, growing our social following, and analyzing content performance to stay ahead of trends.
Responsibilities
- Own the social content process end-to-end for all of our agencies.
- Develop monthly content calendars and create engaging content for every platform.
- Craft posts that resonate with our audience, including videos and text.
- Grow our social following and engage with them actively.
- Collaborate with agencies to amplify their stories through campaigns and cultural moments.
- Stay ahead of trends and cultural movements.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- A track record of making brands or projects stand out online (3+ years of experience).
- Strong instincts for creating good content and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and video editing.
- Experience with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong writing skills to make a brand sound human and relatable.
- Ability to move fast, think big, and pivot when needed.
- Familiarity with analytics tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience growing a brand's social following from zero to hero.
- Being the go-to person in your group chat for memes.
- Ownership of a tiny microphone used in ASMR videos.
