About the position

The Social Media Manager is a dynamic, mid-level role designed for someone ready to blend creative storytelling with strategic thinking. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, leading content creation, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth, engagement, and brand authenticity across key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the way our audiences experience TONYMOLY online.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to produce visually stunning and impactful content, including posts, videos, stories, and long-form projects.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and cohesive posts across all platforms and teams.
  • Help oversee photoshoots (plus behind-the-scenes content) and coordinate the use of samples to create campaign-ready materials.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and oversee social media campaigns tailored to specific platforms, ensuring consistency with overall brand messaging.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to keep TONYMOLY at the forefront of the digital beauty space.
  • Track, analyze, and report content performance metrics like engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions on a biweekly and quarterly basis.
  • Use analytical insights to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions that enhance results.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and benchmarks for growth.
  • Liaise with marketing, wholesale, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment between social media strategies and business goals.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies (PR, affiliate, and social) to reinforce TONYMOLY’s positioning and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
  • Demonstrated success in curating creative campaigns and collaborating with influencers.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting social media performance data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Passion for the beauty industry with a deep understanding of its trends and audience behaviors.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
