About the position

Presh Marketing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to enhance our clients' online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our clients' followers, engaging and retaining them, and converting them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of their businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing best practices and trends, as well as the ability to creatively build and convert a digital audience. The Social Media Manager will work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that resonate with their target audiences and drive measurable results. In this position, you will build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence across various platforms, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. You will create shareable content that is appropriate for each specific network and develop a B2B social media strategy that focuses on identifying and engaging with specific persona types, often at an account level. Listening and engaging in relevant social discussions about our clients, their competitors, and the industry is crucial, as is the ability to design, implement, and monitor social ad campaigns through Meta Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You will also run regular social promotions and campaigns, tracking their success and analyzing the content and links posted through these channels. Driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence is a key responsibility, as is exploring new ways to engage and reach our target buyers through emerging social networks. Additionally, you will manage a content/editorial calendar designed on a per-client basis and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and potentially additional channels.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks.
  • Develop a B2B social media strategy that focuses on identifying and engaging with specific persona types, often at an account level.
  • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our clients, their competitors, and/or industry, both from their existing customers and leads from brand new prospects that know yet know us.
  • Ability to design, build, implement, and monitor social ad campaigns through Meta Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success as well as the content and links posted through these and other channels.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Manage content/editorial calendar designed on a per-client basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Bonus experience and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging.
