In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing communication channels, including LinkedIn, email, X, Instagram, and Facebook. You will develop and oversee our content communication plans, ensuring that we have a well-organized content calendar that outlines what goes out and when. Collaborating with our content creation team, you will create engaging content such as blogs, email copy, and newsletters, while also optimizing this content for each distribution channel. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you edit and proofread content before it goes live. Additionally, you will analyze campaigns to identify areas for improvement and manage our webinars, all while staying up to date with the latest trends in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing communication channels including LinkedIn, email, X, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Develop and manage content communication plans, including a content calendar.
  • Create content alongside the content creation team, including blogs, email copy, and newsletters.
  • Optimize content for each distribution channel.
  • Edit and proofread content before it goes live.
  • Analyze campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage webinars and stay up to date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3+ years of work experience in a collaborative, data-driven environment
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Proficiency in content management systems and web analytics tracking (Hootsuite and Google Analytics preferred)
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Project management and organizational skills.
