About the position

Mindful, LLC is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to enhance its online presence and drive engagement through innovative social media strategies and data-driven analytics. This role is crucial for developing and executing social media campaigns that elevate the brand, foster community engagement, and boost online sales while adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, create, and post compelling content on business social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Proactively manage and execute email marketing campaigns to engage our audience.
  • Curate and manage a content calendar to coordinate promotions seamlessly across various digital platforms and channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and ads through analytics tools to guide future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of viral trends, platform best practices, and emerging technologies to keep social media strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Focus on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement through targeted digital advertising.
  • Execute other marketing department tasks as required, focusing on leveraging social media, ads, and analytics to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing business social media platforms and executing social media strategies with measurable success.
  • Proven track record of crafting and implementing effective social media campaigns that increase engagement and drive business results.
  • Strong understanding and experience with digital ads, including PPC campaigns, targeting strategies, and optimization for conversions.
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics tools and platforms for social media and ads (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to develop engaging content consistent with brand voice and to interact professionally with online communities.
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Experience in monitoring social media trends and adapting strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to manage content calendars efficiently.
  • Ability to provide a portfolio or examples of previous social media campaigns that have driven brand growth and engagement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in content creation tools and graphic design software to assist with visual content when necessary.
  • Knowledge of regulations and best practices regarding social media and advertising for consumer products.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or equivalent digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana or Monday.com.
