About the position

SET ACTIVE is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team in Beverly Hills, CA. This full-time position is pivotal in developing and maintaining innovative strategies across all of SET's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively while engaging with our target market and collaborating cross-functionally with various creative teams. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day management of our social media channels, ensuring that content is posted consistently and aligns with our marketing objectives. You will develop a monthly social media calendar that incorporates notable dates and upcoming initiatives, while also conceptualizing and arranging compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives sales. Your expertise in social media analytics will be crucial in setting performance metrics for each platform, measuring success, and evolving our strategies based on insights gathered. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the production and editing of TikTok content, maintain a pulse on current trends, and source user-generated content to enhance our brand's online presence. Collaboration with the Creative team will be essential, as you will coordinate supplementary photoshoots and ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand's aesthetic and voice. Additionally, you will monitor social media conversations related to our brand and industry, providing insights that will inform our marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategies across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align social strategy with overall marketing calendar and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media + posting calendar based on marketing objectives and notable dates.
  • Execute the day-to-day management and maintenance of all social media channels, including posting scheduled content 7 days per week.
  • Conceptualize & arrange compelling IG grid posts (1-2 per day), IG stories (5+ slides per day), and TikToks (1-3 per day).
  • Source and manage community UGC.
  • Oversee the production, editing, and posting of all TikTok content & maintain a pulse on trends.
  • Maintain a focus on engagement and KPIs while delivering an on-brand experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with all Creative teams to oversee the execution of social media content and campaigns.
  • Coordinate supplementary Social Media photoshoots as needed with the Creative team.
  • Monitor social media conversations and trends related to our brand, industry, and competitors.
  • Assist with the content creation and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns as needed.
  • Set performance metrics specific to each platform; regularly measure, analyze, and evolve social media strategy; report on statistics monthly.
  • Work with Marketing and Operations teams to analyze social insights in relation to marketing KPIs and sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in a social media role; DTC e-commerce brand preferred.
  • Exceptional understanding of the intersection of social media and marketing.
  • Mastery of all major social media platforms, including emerging ones.
  • Proven history of conceptualizing and executing effective social campaigns that meet marketing goals and deadlines.
  • Understanding of SET's aesthetic with high aesthetic standards.
  • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice.
  • Deep knowledge of social media measurement tools; ability to use analytics to develop and evolve strategy.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment, multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines.
