About the position

Mandola's Italian Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and be our brand ambassador in both Texas and Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, with a proven track record of increasing engagement, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, developing and implementing social media campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business goals. In this role, you will develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics. Utilizing SEO best practices, you will optimize social media content for maximum visibility. Conducting thorough competitor analysis will be essential to identify trends and opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will manage and maintain our company's social media presence, which includes creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics. Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and other social media partners will be crucial to expanding our reach. You will also create and edit video content using video editing software, conduct public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and credibility, and utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visual content, including graphics and images. Proofreading all social media content to ensure it meets the company's high standards and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms will be part of your responsibilities. You will assist the Marketing Director with various tasks and projects, supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with advertising on social media platforms and the ability to create and manage ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong proofreading skills, with the ability to ensure all social media content meets the company's high standards.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and the ability to conduct public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and credibility.
