About the position

As a Contract Social Media and Content Creation Specialist at Wilde Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand presence on social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience while managing various social media profiles. This part-time, temporary position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
  • Manage social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and engage with followers to build community.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content including articles, blog posts, videos, and graphics that showcase properties and services.
  • Conduct research to stay current with real estate trends, competitor strategies, and content best practices.
  • Monitor social media metrics and website analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
  • Provide regular reports on performance and insights to guide future strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align messaging and campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Foster an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating with virtual assistants for quick/cheap editing.
