About the position

SoleBoy, a fast-growing e-commerce clothing brand, is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to enhance its online presence and drive sales. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, managing content across various platforms, and engaging with the audience to increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current trends in fashion and e-commerce, along with experience in content creation and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage daily content (photos, videos, graphics, stories, reels) that align with SoleBoy's brand voice and style.
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions, comments, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to promote products and campaigns.
  • Track social media performance through analytics tools, providing insights and suggestions for optimizing content and increasing follower engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity in the fashion and e-commerce industry.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment across platforms to improve customer experience and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Experience with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, on-brand ideas that resonate with a fashion-conscious audience.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and community engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and the role of social media in driving e-commerce sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in fashion/streetwear e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising and sponsored content.
